  • Meet with a real estate professional- Discus your purchasing goals 
  • Get Pre-Approval- your pre-approval is imperative in determining how much home you are able to purchase within your budget. You can shop for your lender so take the opportunity to do so.,
  • Start your home search- At this point  you have met with and decided on your Realtor and have received an official Pre-approval letter
  • Make an offer- Your realtor will aid you and writing a presentable offer for the sellers to review
  • Under Contract-Yay! Once the contractual terms have been agreed upon and signed by both the buyer(s) and the seller(s) you are officially  a big step closer to possessing your home.
  • Due Diligence period- Time is of the essence! Conduct professional inspections, final commitment from lender, appraisal
  • Closing- Schedule utility transfer, final walk through, closing will be conducted by a title company or attorney’s office
