- Get Pre-Approval- your pre-approval is imperative in determining how much home you are able to purchase within your budget. You can shop for your lender so take the opportunity to do so.,
- Start your home search- At this point you have met with and decided on your Realtor and have received an official Pre-approval letter
- Make an offer- Your realtor will aid you and writing a presentable offer for the sellers to review
- Under Contract-Yay! Once the contractual terms have been agreed upon and signed by both the buyer(s) and the seller(s) you are officially a big step closer to possessing your home.
